Terms and conditions of use

Product Disclaimer:

Our catalog includes tons of choices handcrafted & customized uniquely in some instances not what you’d expect from a cookie cutter. Small variations from disclosed size, color & material do not absolve buyer’s remorse return request. We encourage you to engage the community for feedback in pursuit of your favorite new addition to your home. Post comments. Get answers. Do your research.

Return-Period:

You’re welcome return all orders within the 30-day buyer’s satisfaction guarantee period if the item is still in original condition.

Buyer’s remorse return requests however are unfortunately subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee can deducted from the total refund amount but we loosely enforce it. Because we’re cool like that.

(i) If the item returned is in terrible condition -> restocking 0 - 50% (within the 30-Days)

Refunds:

While we understand you are not a professional pick & pack service when you're making a return ask our customer service agents for a return label. We're happy to make the arrangements to complete your return request. Once your order is received back at our warehouse the returns department will inspect the condition of the item & issue the refund accordingly. Refunds are issued back onto the original form of payment you used to make the purchase. You can expect the credit to appear on your bank statement within 1 - 3 business days from the date it is released.  

Shipping:

As always we encourage our customers to inspect your order before signing the delivery slip. Federal Department of Transportation consumer protection guidelines require drivers to wait as long as it takes to fully inspect the delivery before signing for it. Should you have any issues just refuse the delivery & let us know. We’ll take care of the rest.

While we do our best to ensure delivery through couriers with five-star service, sometimes you might not have the luxury to personally be present & sign for the delivery. It’s ok! You can take up to 5-days to bring any issues up to our attention.  

In case of freight damage our customer advocate team will apply 1 or more of the solutions below:

- replace

- replace parts

- refund in full

- partial refund

Extended Warranty:

Should you opt into any of the extended warranty plans weather 1, 3 or the 5 year plans, some products may have a minimum half-lifes before you can file a claim for a replacement or credit for a new item. Should the item no longer be available, credit in form of a gift card will be shipped via Fedex or USPS mail within no more than 31 calendar days. Extended warranty covers you beyond just known defects but general wear & tear. Because we’re cool like that.

Warranty-Replacement:

Most manufacturer warranty policies protect you in the first year with a repair or replace policy. However most of them do not cover the shipping cost associated with the replacement. The re-delivery charges for the replacement are usually covered by the consumer.
